I’m John Wee, a Singapore-based entrepreneur, investor, and product builder.
I founded JW Group, a modern holding company and startup studio that launches and operates projects across AI, gaming, performance tools, and digital infrastructure. Think of it as my personal launchpad for ventures that move fast and punch above their weight.
Right now, I’m leading:

I shipped my first WordPress site at 9, and now I handle full-stack builds, from Supabase backends to Next.js frontends, deployed on Vercel, styled with Tailwind, and integrated with Stripe. I move fast, debug faster, and don’t wait for permission.
I’m also the author of The Mind Advantage, a psychological strategy guide for outperformers, and a Forbes Legacy Pass Holder (#938). I’ve been featured in press outlets like OpenPR and PRLog.
Outside of building, I’m a competitive runner (2.4km in 8:36), and AI obsessive. I actively explore new tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini, self-hosted models, and use them to automate workflows, simulate ideas, and push creative limits. I’m also an investor in crypto and digital assets, and I’m constantly learning how to scale wealth, leverage narrative, and build status ecosystems.
What is JW Group?
JW Group is my private holding company, designed to structure, scale, and manage everything I build.
It currently operates across two active verticals:
JW Technology, focused on digital tools, apps, and lightweight software — built fast, iterated lean, and designed with precision.
JW Ventures, which incubates and develops scalable startup ideas with long-term growth potential.
Two additional arms are currently in development:
JW Capital, a future investment arm focused on digital assets, equity plays, and private capital allocation.
JW Realty, a future real estate and digital property branch for asset-backed growth and ownership.
JW Group is how I separate short-term experimentation from long-term value. It gives my ideas a home, whether they evolve, scale, or get archived. Some builds are public. Some are private. All are intentional.
Not every project becomes a company, but every project compounds knowledge.
